Dave DeBoer

Dave DeBoer is the Sales Director, Government & Defense for Panther Expedited Services, Inc. Panther is a premium logistics company. His responsibilities include marketing ground transportation, air freight transportation and logistics services to the Department of Defense, Government Agencies and DOD suppliers.

Dave DeBoer’s previous positions were VP Sales at Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS), a global maritime services company. Director Military Markets at American Roll on Roll off Carrier, a US Flag Roll on Roll off Vessel Operator and American President Lines (APL), a global transportation and logistics company engaged in shipping and related businesses.

Dave DeBoer has a Masters in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, a B.S. Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA), and a Certificate from the Association of Ship Brokers and Agent (ASBA) in Ship Brokering & Chartered Vessel Operations.

Dave DeBoer is currently holds positions on several industry/Government associations.  He is on the Board of Governors of The Propeller Club of the United States-WDC Chapter, Executive Committee National Defense Transportation Association-WDC Chapter, and National Logistics Sub-Committee for The National Defense Industrial Association.
