FAQ / Benefits of MembershipThe Propeller Club is a nonprofit organization whose members comprise a cross-section of the maritime industry throughout the United States and in Europe and the Far East. The organization is dedicated, on a national and international basis, to the enhancement and well-being of all interests of the maritime community.
The Propeller Club is the largest “grassroots” maritime association in the world with a membership of about 12,000, and clubs in 55 U.S. locations and 25 locations outside the U.S. The organization also includes 24 student chapters.
What is a port?
A port is one chapter of the Propeller Club, geographically based in a city or region.
What are the benefits of membership?
Members receive discounts on regular events and invitations to members only events providing the opportunity to network with members representing all segments of the U.S. maritime industry. For The Propeller Club of Washington, D.C. the opportunity also exists to interact with policy makers, regulators, and Members of Congress and their staff.
